Our newest location is Beaufort House, a newly refurbished Georgian masterpiece in the heart of Clifton. It's location is ideal for Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road, Bristol University, Bristol Zoo, The Downs and so much more. It's been lovingly restored keeping as many original features as possible – from the sweeping main staircase, sash windows, high ceilings and ornate fireplaces to the stained windows on the internal front doors.
The apartments are individually decorated to the highest standards. Kitchens are combined with the living area to create a light, bright open space where you'll find high-end appliances, gloss units, a dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge freezer. The bathrooms are spacious, tiled with baths and separate showers.
Apartments are situated on the ground, first and second floors (there is no lift in the building).
Apartment types and Occupancies
2 bedroom superior apartments sleep a maximum of 4 guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet. The Master bedroom has an en-suite consisting of a shower, washbasin and toilet.
2 bedroom executive apartments sleep a maximum of 4 guests with a king-size bed in each bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet.
1.5 bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 3 guests. It consists of a king-size bed in bedroom 1 and a single bed in bedroom 2. There is one bathroom which has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet.
1 bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 2 guests in one king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet.
One king-size bed in the superior and executive apartments (and also the king-size bed in the 1 bedroom and 1.5 bedroom apartments) are of a ziplock type which can be split into 2 single beds on request (needs to be requested at the time of booking).
No additional beds are available in any of these apartments.

Clifton - for work or play
Located between the fashionable Whilteladies Road where you will find bars and restaurants and shops and Bristol's most prestigious area Clifton Village where you'll find designer shops, boutiques and cafes side by side.
Famous landmarks such as The Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Zoo and The Downs are only a few minutes walk away. These legant apartments are also ideal for Central Bristol which is within walking distance or a short bus ride if preferred. Bus stop just a few yards from the apartment building. This is ideal for the discerning business traveller who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city centre or the leisure traveller who wants to relax in Bristol's most exclusive suburb whilst still being close to all the city has to offer.
By Air
Bristol International Airport is located 19 miles from our Orchard Gate development in Bradley Stoke. There is an Airport Express Link bus service between the airport and Bristol City Centre, at a cost of approx £11.00 per adult return, details of this can be found on the Bristol airport website. Once in the city centre, local bus and train services are available to Bradley Stoke.

By Bus
Bristol City bus station is approximately 11 miles from the apartments. Local and national bus services run from here. There are regular local services to and from Bradley Stoke. More info

The Orchard Gate development is located approximately 1 mile from the M5 Junction 16 and just off the A38 if travelling from Bristol City Centre
By Train
Bristol Parkway railway station is just under 2 miles away from the apartments. The journey time is approximately 7 minutes by car or 35 minutes to walk. More info

Free cancellation - If you cancel 14 days prior the arrival date. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment - The total price of the apartment will be charged 2 weeks prior to your arrival (minus any deposit already taken).
Group bookings - Group bookings are subject to full payment at the time of booking with no cancellation possible. A security deposit of £250.00 (min) per apartment may be requested.
Policies - Please note, we have a strict no "Hen" or "Stag" party policy in all of our apartments, and all our apartments are non smoking.

At Your Stay Bristol Serviced Apartments we pride ourselves on offering our guests a real “home from home” experience. With that in mind we expect you to behave as though you were at home. Think of your neighbours – some of them are elderly or have young families – treat them with respect as this really is their home. So please no parties, no loud music and no coming home in the early hours worse for wear! If any of these things are what you have in mind then we are not the place for you.
Also we ask you to take care of the apartment - someone else has to move in just hours after you have moved out and to treat our staff with understanding as they are trying their hardest to give you a great experience when you stay with us.
