What is minimum stay?
No min stay for Sunday to Thursday.
Normally there is a minimum 2 night booking requirement on weekends, but we are happy to consider requests for shorter booking where availability permits. Please check with us for those special cases.
How do I pay for the apartment?
We accept all major cards, debit cards and switch/maestro.
Upon receipt of the initial reservation, we will, providing the booking is confirmed, send you written confirmation of your booking via e mail as soon as reasonably possible and usually within 24 hours. The balance of the total cost is payable in full no later than 2 weeks before your arrival date at the apartment.
If you book within 2 weeks of your arrival date you payment must be made in full by cleared funds at the time of booking.
What are the sleeping arrangements in the apartment?
The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds. In some apartments an extra bed can be provided - see 'Services' for additional charge information.
What is the check in and check out procedure?
Check in is after 3 pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Your key arrangements will be explained in the booking confirmation letter. More on Arrivals / Departures . To arrange early check-in or late check-out you can request this option on-line , or call / email us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation is free of charge if you advised us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is chargeable. If we manage to re-let the apartment an appropriate refund will be made.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
If you do not have a credit card available to cover any unpaid bills, loss or damage, you will be required to pay a security deposit (£200 for stays up to 5 days and from £300 for longer stays) 14 days before check in. This will be returned when we can confirm that there are no pending phone bills, additional cleaning, damage or loss in the apartment.
How often will the apartment be cleaned?
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and thereafter there will be a full clean and linen change weekly during your stay. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Please note that we do expect the apartment to be left in reasonable condition and we will deduct the costs of additional cleaning from your deposit if deemed necessary.
Do I need to bring any bedding or towels?
We provide all bedding and towels sufficient for the number of guests booked for your stay. These are changed once each week or more frequently if required (for a small additional charge).
Can I take pets with me to the apartment?
We regret that no pets are allowed in any of our apartments.
When will I receive the confirmation of the booking?
Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of your booking and your arrival information via email. If you haven't received this check-in information, please call us on +44 (0) 8448225778
Can I get a refund if I leave earlier than expected?
In the event that a guest needs to leave early we will use our best endeavours to re-let the accommodation and make an appropriate refund. Depending on the length of stay completed a rate change may apply when calculating any refund.

What will happen to lost property?
Any items left in the apartment will be kept for 1 month after departure and can be returned at your cost.

At the time of booking Alderman Apartments will send you an email containing all the information you need for your arrival:
Location and address of apartment
Your key arrangements
Emergency and support phone numbers

In most developments keys will be left for collection with the housekeeper directly at the development.
Valid credit card and photo Id are required to be presented at check in.
Information packs are available in the apartment with detailed instructions for appliances, location of parking and useful local information.
During your stay at the Alderman apartments we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can remedy the situation. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced for you.
