We accept all major cards, debit cards and switch/maestro. Upon receipt of the initial reservation, we will, providing the booking is confirmed, send you written confirmation of your booking via e mail as soon as reasonably possible and usually within 24 hours. The balance of the total cost is payable in full no later than 2 weeks before your arrival date at the apartment.
If you book within 2 weeks of your arrival date you payment must be made in full by cleared funds at the time of booking.
Check in is after 3 pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Your key arrangements will be explained in the booking confirmation letter. More on Arrivals / Departures . To arrange early check-in or late check-out you can request this option on-line , or call / email us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you do not have a credit card available to cover any unpaid bills, loss or damage, you will be required to pay a security deposit (£200 for stays up to 5 days and from £300 for longer stays) 14 days before check in. This will be returned when we can confirm that there are no pending phone bills, additional cleaning, damage or loss in the apartment.
Can I get a refund if I leave earlier than expected?
In the event that a guest needs to leave early we will use our best endeavours to re-let the accommodation and make an appropriate refund. Depending on the length of stay completed a rate change may apply when calculating any refund.

In most developments keys will be left for collection with the housekeeper directly at the development. Valid credit card and photo Id are required to be presented at check in.
Information packs are available in the apartment with detailed instructions for appliances, location of parking and useful local information.
During your stay at the Alderman apartments we ask you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if you find anything missing or in bad condition or if you accidentally break anything so that we can remedy the situation. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced for you.
You have an express checkout process - just leave the key as instructed in the Welcome letter.
